Could anyone tel me where i can buy high pressure flexi hose,the type used on showers covered in chrome,i have a hand held bidet spray and have blown 2 pipes in a few days.I do not want to regulate the water pressure if i can help it. The 2 pipes have both developed bulges in the innner rubber/plastic pipe which in turn parts the chrome cover.It is cold water only

You need a very expensive RPZ (Reduced Pressure Zone) valve otherwise you're in breach of water regs.
Special rules apply to bidet sprays. Unless you're a Water Industry Approved Contractor you have to get permission from the Water Provider to install them!
