Hi all,

The threaded part of the float valve arm in my CH f/e tank has corroded away so I can’t fit a new ball float to the arm.

any one know if i can get a replacement arm at one of the common merchants?
The existing arm is on a split pin so im assuming that you can get replacement arms,... The only thing is I don’t seem to be able to find anywhere that has them readily available without ordering. ( I’d like to get it sorted this weekend)

Would I be best off just replacing the entire valve assembly as they seem to be easy enough to get in screwfix etc?

If I’m going to replace the valve assembly, can anyone tell from the pics of my broken one which type ill need?

i.e. part 1 or r part 2 ( sorry, I don’t know the difference between the two!)

Cheers

Rob
