Floating floor bounce

I've recently installed a floating floor over a concrete slab in a garden workshop.
Due to height concerns (door threshold/plug sockets) I went for 25mm PIR under 18mm T&G OSB (with DPM and slip layers).
I've got a lot more floor deflection than expected, would 3.6mm plywood laid perpendicular to the OSB spread the load or do I need to consider raising the plugs and stuff to potentially go for something thicker?
Any knowledge appreciated

Plug sockets shouldn't be coming into play! That floor should should feel solid.

The reason plug sockets come into play as its a new circuit install. If I have to raise the floor up further then I would have to raise the height of every plug socket from the finished floor height. My question is really is it possible to stop the floor bounce without raising the overall floor height drastically
