Floor and wall details

One option would be insulated plasterboard.
But maybe you should also be considering the acoustic performance of the wall?

We always opt for separate plasterboard and insulation sheets because it is more economical and more robust to do so. It basically means that you are free to leave the ends of the insulation 'floating' as opposed to being joined on a joist/batten/rafter, but join the subsequent layer of plasterboards onto the joist/batten/rafter. It also means that you can be slightly short of a joist but splay or skew a screw into the joist with the benefit of having a firm insulation sheet preventing it from being pulled in.
It also means you can tape all the joints too.
Trust me, it's a real boon. You will never use bonded plasterboards again.
