Hi all, I recently had a knock through which has left floors from 3 different rooms. These are currently tiled although some are cracked and have gaps in the floor where the walls were, they also are not level in places in the areas that have been knocked through. Against some advice i intend to take all the tiles up in order to lay a new ceramic or stone tile floor, as laying over would increase the floor height too much with the attached rooms.

I have looked around and Ardex seem to supply levelling compounds that would hopefiully do the trick. What i would like to know is does anyone know of any decent contractors that could do the floor levelling for me, probably using the Ardex products, area is a Kitchen about 32 sq m. looking for contractors that would cover West Mids / Worcs area. All I can find is commercial layers and i need a good one that will do domestic work and leave me a nice flat surface for tiling.

Thank you in advance

It's not exactly a specialist job so a floor tiler or plasterer should be able to help you.
