Plasterers have made a bit of a mess on floor which has been screeded ready for glue-down LVT. I've scrubbed and vacuumed the floor so although it's a bit discoloured, it is smooth and completely free from dust. Will it be OK to still lay the LVT on it? (Photos attached). Thanks.
