Hi have a question all on order to do stuff, sorry if obvious question, project is garage conversion, solid wall house, with French doors spanning existing opening where garage door

Does below look right order? It's me organising stuff.

Floor first
Batton external wall, to external openings temporarily to inside of where bricks go..
Then
Dmp,
100mm celotex
vapour layer
10mm compressible foam round internal walls (i read liquid stuff might expand when dries)
Then 40mm liquid screed poured
... . Then wait a week.

External side
1 course engineering bricks, on side (102.5 as height)
Dpm
fit French doors on that which have side panel, with door sill height means now level to floor

I was not sure if was better to do external stuff, then floor afterwards?

Internal wall
Nothing intentionally done until above done.
