Floorboard saw or oscillating saw. Then jemmy!
(If you have tongue and groove boards then you'll have to saw down the sides too. I had to do this yesterday, I used a tenon saw because that's what I had on me. Then levered up one end with a big screwdriver. The other end was still fixed somwhere under the skirting -doh!- so with the board wedged up in the air I just sawed through it part way along, as that was all I needed.)
