I had a bag of 5x 15mm tee's from screwfix today. Luckily for me one of the collects on the singleton spur was broken in the bag. When i checked further 2 more had cracked collets, the bit with the grippers on it, both on the same position spur, the cracks were not readily evident. If by chance anyone has used one of these on any job recently i'd go and check them. The 15mm 90' were all o.k as was the straight through ports on the tee's. I'll return these to screwfix tomorrow. Who would have been liable had i used them on a job and the worst had happened? Yes i know stick to copper
