I am needing to add a 3rd outlet but can only find traps with 2 connectors, but then I found this http://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-hose-connector/48625. here is a picture of it on a fitting http://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-appliance-trap-adaptor-white-40mm/11180
If I got the outlet in the first picture will I just be able to use it on a 40mm compression tee, so cut into my 40mm pipe as it gos straight from the trap to the outside and put in the tee and add the outlet to the top of the tee

Firstly, what do you already have draining into this waste pipe? Traps are available with connections for 2 appliances, but even then, it's pushing your luck, as a 40mm waste wont handle 3 simultaneous discharges.

If your planning on adding another, you are going to need to either upgrade the existing pipework to 50mm diameter from where this 3rd appliance is going to join it, or put a new waste in for the new appliance. The items in your links, first fits in between the waste from a sink and the trap, the second idea will not work as there is no backflow prevention or air break provision. If you need to tee into an existing run then you'll need to fit a standpipe for the hose to hook into. http://www.screwfix.com/p/floplast-washing-machine-trap-white-40mm/18640

That needs doing in rigid pipework, correct fittings are available. Boiler installer should be dealing with that anyway!
