It's more of a brickwork question than an electrical question but I can't see where else it fits so here goes.
I've got a few sockets with knockout boxes with exposed cable.
I wanna replace them with nice flush plug sockets and hide the cable behind skirting board.
That's going to involve knocking small chunks out of my (all brick) interior walls for the new sockets.
I can be sure there's no pipes/cable near where I need to work. I dont' plan on knocking about walls supporting lintels.
Is there anything else I need to consider before chipping out bits of wall?
I don't really want to use hammer and chisel. Should I hire a chasing tool or more specialized tool for the job?
TIA.
