I have a leak from my enclosed cystern labelled ‘fast part Conceala’ together with a pneumatic dual flush mechanism in the pictures below. The seal needs changing as I tried cleaning it and it’s still leaking water into the toilet pan. Problem is my seal measures 63mm across and the common one that looks like mine has a diameter of 71mm - is this going to be a problem or is there an exact part Hidden away someone online?

The flush unit has fastpart written on it but no model number unfortunately.

I was looking at this seal https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/271966778561

it does say in the description that seals can distort/shrink over time but is it possible my seal has shrunk by approx 8mm..

thanks for looking

Usually with those drop valves the seal would cover the whole of the bottom of the drop valve seal platform, and not have the 'blue ring' round the outside as in your pic. What is the diameter of the blue plastic face in total?

It may be that you seal has worn down but usually it would be pretty obvious if that had happened.

The blue area is 70mm

For the small price of the new seal, I would suggest it's worth a try. I think there is only one replacement seal for those Armitage IS valves though but don't quote me ;)

Seems to have done the trick - no more leaking into the pan
