flush upvc Windows vs lipped (any eurocell modus reviews)

Does anyone have an opinion as to how modern flush up Windows compared to lipped upvc casement windows when it comes to sound insulation and weatherproofing. I'm particularly interested in Eurocell's modus range because they appear to have optional extra gaskets. Thanks
