Would it be detrimental?

The thing is, the plasterer starts tomorrow morning and we have foil-backed board. Is it OK to put it up?

Mrs Secure is threatening goolie removal and divorce if the job is held up any more.

Foolish to use anything else on a roof where there is a chance of water ingress.
