I was watching good morning sports fans when it said torres moved to chelsea for 50 miillon which is terrible. They same with there wages they are terrible a footballer should get the same amount of money as everyone else. Some footballers play for fun some just play for the money. footballers may be good a football but some of us may be good at plastering there is no diffrence

75000 people are not gonna turn up every week to watch you do plastering are they? And no one is going to pay £30+ to watch rubbish football.

Its all about supply and demand, you could apply that logic to tennis, golf, or almost any well paid professional sport

No one said it was fair but you get paid what some one is prepared to pay you
