I am relative new user of forum, so I don't know who soft arse is? but very much sounds like like softy and golden testees could well be the one of the same.
I personally don't mind question being asked of my opinions, they are what I think, not statements of law and are open to debate.
I hope we all agree that an eye for an eye explains it's self, in that context I offered my opinion.
I for one have never studied law so where this statement sits within that I do not know or really care!
The OP was about compassion for the evil doing which I have non, God will deal with that! Whether it be on this earth or another place!
