Ford Focus 2002 Heater Fan

Hello all, Help and advice needed, My ford Focus heater fan doesn't work on setting 1 to 3. It works on setting 4 full blast and heat comes out, do you think I need a new heater fan resister and if so were is it and how do I get it out.

I've only done a 2001 Focus resistor (which is the part you need) so maybe yours is the same.....its behind the glove box so empty that and squeeze the sides so that it drops down.
The resistor is behind on the left, its holder is fixed with an 8mm screw I think.
