Ford mondeo mk4 alarm system service required

Hi to all , now there is the chalange: I have a ford mondeo mk4 2008 1.8tdci (125bhp) . I have this message on my dashboard ( alarm system service required ) . Central locking from the Key fob is not working anymore and i can lock the car only with the key from outside. What should I do ? Any help will be more then welcomed! Sorry for my English but I am from Romania . Thank you

I have only one key , I am 100 % sure that the alarm is working , but none of your answers didn't help me . I am quite desperate because the only thing that I've done is to install a radio station inside in my car and from that moment the central locking from the key fob is not working . I have read what you send me but still not working . Thank you very much anyway . If you have any ideas I will try everything

It worked without any problem . The only problem is I have only one key for this car
