Ford Travel Pilot Sat Nav Problems (Mondeo)

hi there

can anyone help ?

Can anyone tell me how to fix a Ford Travel Pilot Ex Sat Nav System fitted to a Ford Mondeo Zetech which is not picking up a signal from any of the 7 available satellites and is showing no signal on the satellite function and displaying Calibration Zero (0)

Ford garage are baffled by this - can anyone help or point me in the right direction ?

anyone comes accross this problem - in any ford sat nav systems with calibration errors that baffles garages

HERES THE SOLOUTION ................

DONT PUT IT IN THE GARAGE ............... THE CALIBRATION NEEDS TO BE DONE OUTSIDE (in the open air) AS IT CANT PICK UP A SIGNAL FROM THE SATELITE IN THE GARAGE AS IT BLOCKS THE SIGNAL KINDA LIKE LOSING YOUR SIGNAL ON A MOBILE PHONE IN A TUNNEL............

FORD ENGINEERS COULD NOT WORK THIS OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

System working fine now
