Formulas for Dummies!!

Hi there sparkies!! Hopefully you can point me in the right direction, so I can point my struggling friend in the same direction......

He has tried for the last 4 attempts to pass his 'motors' paper ( I think that's what it is? ) c & g 2330 ? but keeps failing by a couple of questions, mainly on the formulas part. Now, I've simplified some of the formulas for him, but his memory retention isn't brilliant........ is there a book or something he can buy to help him?? I don't think his tutors are too brilliant at the college he attends, and they won't even give him past papers to help. Any ideas, guys? I'm just a poor plumber, trying to help a fellow tradesman out

Taylor, that looks just about spot on. I tried to google the info, but didn't know until I asked him last night what c & g syllabus it was. I have now passed this info onto him. Many thanks for your help in this matter

im on year 2 of 2330 and found this book excellent.

Once again guys, thanks for all your replies. He's now had a look at the websites I've given him, I've emailed our boss too. I think he would prefer the electrical exams cds.
