I have just applied a coat of Fortress Trade Paint onto a newly plastered interior wall without diluting it with 10% water. The instruction on the can said thinning was not required but only absorbent walls then it is recommended.

I am worried that I haven't thinned and there could be problems later on.

Help!

You'll just have to see how it goes. You'll probably get away with it, but it is important. I thin it by at least 20%.

Thanks Joe

As the coat stands, it hasn't peeled or flaked. I used a Matt emulsion paint. Should I paint another coat of the fortress paint or proceed with the coloured paint?
