You need a furrel for FP200, but not for FP200 GOLD.
All FP200 used these days tends to be GOLD, and furrels are therefore hardly ever seen.
Some other manufacturers make similar cables, but to my knowldege, none of these require a furrel or anything else.
Terminating into surface enclosures is best done with dome top TRS glands.
