Franke Athena o ring

Various outlets sell an Franke Athena o ring kit, which includes an upper and lower o ring plus the plastic clip. As I have water leaking between the spout and base of the tap is it possible to resolve with just an upper o ring replacement rather than the whole kit? If so is there a specific size o ring that I need?

I knows from personal experience the athena has a number of variants.
Taking it apart to see is the option Have plenty of silicone lube to hand.
If you live in a hard water area your probably wasting your time.

I have gone for the kit as a replacement washer that appeared to be the same size still had a minor leak - thanks for your help
