Help please. My Franke kitchen tap (about 4 years old) has just disintegrated! The spout has come out, and there two 'O'rings and a hard plastic white washer, the last of which has broken in two. Two questions - one) Can you buy new 'O' rings and washers, and two) how do I fit the hard washer to the body of the spout? The washer is not flexible and the groove in which it fits is quite deep (about 2-3 mm)

wow thats unexpected i swear by franke quite frankly never heard of that on a tap that isnt really that old you can get all the spares you need for your tap just go to a plumbers merchant and tell them what type of tap it is ie mixer washers are pennies each font let them fob you off with a new tap though
