I have a franke kitchen tap and its dripping from the spout, not the top but where the spout goes into the body of the tap. i bought an o-ring and washer kit but have a problem fitting.
I can unscrew the part where the spout meets the body and can then wiggle the spout up about an inch so its loose but then its stuck, I dont know if i should just pull it up with more force or if I have to do something else first.
Does it sound like i just need to use more force ?

you have to turn the plastic ring till the gap is level with the screw, then the spout will come out.Bob
