Stainless steel wall ties, drill 8mm hole, insert rawl plug and screw wall tie in or use a wall tie starter kit probably even easier.

Yes, but when drilling concrete posts, you sometimes hit the reinforcing steel = ruined drill bit.
But he might be lucky!
(still can't think why he's only expecting 10-15 years life from the wall?).

Because the house we have purchased has a leaning wall. Apparently was built only 6-7 years ago by previous owners. They hired brickies who used lorries from France as a means of commuting.
