I have two TVs, both connected to the same dish for Freesat.
These have worked perfectly for some years.
Recently one of the sets began to lose the picture and sound at intervals from 10 - 60+ seconds.
I found that the same thing was happening on the set in another room (both sets use their own individually connected Bush Freesat box).
It would seem the problem was in the dish??

Check your cabling first for loose connections which might disrupt the power going up to the LNB.

If it's a Quad LNB and you can reach it safely then swap the connections to the unused outputs.

Thanks L
Am wondering if the problem is high trees in the garden.
Have been watching "branch movements" carefully today to see if a blast coincides with a black-out??
Could it be as simple as that.

Yep. That'd do it. Satellite needs clear line of sight.

I had a customer in the same boat a couple of years after I installed his aerial, satellite, FM, DAB rig. Fast growing Leylandii in a neighbours garden was the cause. Chopped them back. Problem solved until next time.
