they are surposed to stick if they are loose air gets in and ices up. the tougher the seal the better ,

You got a good seal and when you shut the door a little extra air is forced out that along with the cooling inside the fridge causes a vacuum. (Expansion and contraction of gasses when heated/cooled etc)

Normally the seals leak a little so preventing the vacuum.
