Does anyone know how to adjust the door pictured?

The bottom corner where it opens is drafty.

I’ve done the two cams to bring the door in when flipping the handle up but the bottom corner seems fairly loose when locked.

I think the door may have dropped a little. Does that cause this issue?
 
Would this image be applicable to my hinges?

Was thinking of adjusting the compression so it's not as tight at the top and more snug at the bottom
