I've got a FT2000E router which sparks like mad from the armature brushes, replaced the brushes, springs and carriers are fine, grooves in armature are clean etc, seems to be running at reduced speed/power, trying to work out if it could be the speed control or the soft start causing the problem, does the same throughout the speed range, any ideas?
