Makes you wonder why house prices really increased, doesn't it?
Most disturbing fact I found was this: the sooner a company 'admits' being involver the less chance of being fined for it - but what about the extra profit these companies still made from this 'building crunch' ?

Estate agents.....jacking up the valuations to line their own grubby pockets. Get several of them to value your property an they`ll all be different....no rule of thumb when it comes to consistency. Hope they catch a cold when it all goes t*ts up !!!
