Frozen pipes 2

Could someone please tell me where I am responsible for my mains water inlet. I think my mains has frozen but I dont know if im responsible for this pipework or the water company??? Would appreheiate advice.

You are responsible from the point it enters your property (the garden not the building) usually, unless you have a shared supply. (Common in older properties.)
