Fungus growing in toilet

There is a fungus growing at the junction between the floor and outside wall of our downstairs toilet. Here is a some pics:

This shows the inside wall and the fungus


Outside wall. The fungus can be seen to the left of the join in the brown pipe, at the joint in the brick.


There also seems to be some fungus growing in the drain at the back in this pic


Any one know what it is and, more importantly, how to get rid of it?

Looks like Peziza (plaster fungi) to me, caused by dampness & poor ventilation etc, not quite sure on the appropriate treatment methods though.

Yep, clean and disinfect area, using a dilute solution of 90% water to 10% bleach, using neat bleach will not be more effective.
And solve the problem that caused the growth.
