yes, what does it feed?
I'm not sure what it feeds to be honest. There is 3 wires at the back earth neautral and live. The live and the neutral are connected to the in connections, the wires have power going to them.
If theres nothing connected to the Load terminals, it sounds like it feeds..er.. nothing,

Im changing the sockets in the room to stainless steel.
If it's only got supply wiring, I'd be tempted to simply put the wires in a connection block, and put a blanking plate in place of the spur, rather than leave a pointless fused spur that would just confuse people as to what it does...
