I have part bult a wall 6 feet away from the back of my bungalow and want to use 2x1x1 gabions on part of it thats 6 feet in height, so one on top of other. If I put the first gabion in place it leaves 2 and half feet space from the back bungalow wall, is this ok weight wise, the original wall was that close with the earth behind it until we have it all moved back, hence rebuild of wall for extra space at the back of house. The house was built in 65, is this ok to do, the land is very quarry like and I have stone everywhere that I inend to fill the gabions with.
