Elderly couple down the road from me have just moved into a new house (their the first owners) and asked me to help the change the alarm code - no issue there.
However upon trying to set the alarm for them (which they have never previously been able to do) I keep getting a user reset alert.
Having read other posts I did a zone test
1 flashing open final (zone the panel is in)
2, 3, 4 etc. Flash closed intruder
Zone 11 says spare/tamper
Not sure what to do or try now.
