Galaxy Max4 programming online mode

Hi all, in the past I have been able to program my keyfobs using the etched number to use on my Max4 prox reader...
However I got some tags but they don't have a number etched on them and pressing 1+a only programs the code that the keypad sees which is different to what the max4 sees.
The max4 does acknowledge the fob by a quick beep as it's invalid.

Is there a way to get the number to enter as a code in the keypad user like I did my other fobs to use on the max4?

Search max 4 on the search option at the top there’s some similar posts before in 2017 or wait for galaxy guy ….

Thanks for your reply I did do a search and done another when you mentioned but it does not mention how to program the panel with the fob for use with a max4 reader without knowing the etched number...
Unless I just didn't understand what I was reading but didn't see how to work out the 1+a numbers to the number to enter that the max4 would produce to the system
