Can any one tell me, is there any out puts on the RF portal for the flex panel ?

What are you looking to do, as there may be other options.

I've sorted it out thanks. I've found you can get more out puts by adding a further module for more outputs.

Yes, as long as your panel supports additional RIOs you can add to gain more outputs. When you have an RF portal fitted it will enable virtual RIOs to give additional zones, but you can disable those and add physical RIOs in the address slots instead and then gain the outputs.
