gap between foundation wall and path

Hi, have a small crack/gap between outside foundation wall and my path which runs around 3 sides of house

Also having issue with ants getting in, and think some of this may be cause

Suggestions on filling the gap? can I just mix up some instant concrete and fill the gap? it is only about 0.5-1cm or is there a better solutions?

You say the gap is between 0.5 & 1cm, just mix some sand and cement and point it in with a trowel
