got a mdf white bath panel. when putting it against the bath, theres a 2cm gap at the bottom of the floor.

this is due to a mixture of the bath being set slightly higher (which i cant do nothing about as it buried in the wall now) and also the floor being uneven.

Now what can i do to cover the gap at the bottom of the bath panel, as i need the panel to be taking the weight on the floor....

any minor gap can be filled up with a thick bed of silicone, is there anythign else i can use to disguise the gap, then silicone??? most important thing is i get the weight resting on the floor and not on the battons behind it..

what do you mean support the bath!!!

the panels are decorative and maybe support the rim off a fully laden bath but only around 5% loading

if your pannels are moulded then maybe 2" arcatrave to match

what i meant was i have to raise the panel up in the air for it to fit under the lip of the bath. so none of the panel is touching the floor. its a heavy panel, so ideally i would like the weight resting on the floor & not up in the air against the battons behind the panel...

what can i do to achieve this and also cover the gap? should i just pack it out at the bottom and apply some pvc strip accross the gap on the floor..
