Garage Concrete Floor Grinding

hi guys

i wonder if anyone can advise me

i would like to make our garage concrete floor smooth so i can seal/paint it.

current been like it is for about 20 years and its time to get it sorted.

it has imperfections, small bumps etc (pics attached)

can anyone advise on the best way to get the floor smooth? grinder maybe? ive no idea where i could hire one from, would it be easier to let a professional to do the job?

or do you think the floor is ok as it is? would it look ok if i just painted it how it is?
