Hi - I have a stand alone brick built garage with a pitched roof. I want to insulate the garage so that I can use it as a gym and for storage. Is kingspan my best bet for insulation - will it stop mildew when it comes to winter ? What sort of Kingspan should I use for 1- the walls, 2- the floor and 3- the roof. WIll I have to plaster - or can I paint directly onto kingspan ?
Any other tips to make it weather proof and look good would be appreciated thanks
