Garage convertion is it possible to increase roof space

Hi,

We are considering converting our attached garage into a playroom but obviously there some stuff in it.

Most will go into the shed but some of it need new home.

The house is about 6 year old and garage is full length of house with back portion being our utilities room which has for to garage.

Anyway few questions:
we not sure of the cost to convert to a basic room up in Aberdeen any idea?

How much extra to create new door and block of f utilities, there an radiator that would need moved.

We were wondering if there any simple idea on increasing garage loft space for storage or even considering a room above it in future, would pitching the roof height be possible?

Anything is possible, even writing in English.

Costs vary with each conversion. I'd say £500 p/m² is a good ball park generic figure.

The roof could be converted or may need replacing altogether in order to gain more space.

Planning is likely to be an issue and the job is Building Regulations relevant.
