We have a garage at the end of the garden next to our driveway which is unused, we're just wondering if there are any possibilities in converting this into living space?
The garage size is only your typical UK garage, but we're thinking about extending it back into our garden and across the driveway, is this possible to achieve?
We've noticed in the street that one of our neighbours has a double garage with a proper roof in place (not the rubbish thin flat roof we currently have). It's also attached to our neighbours garage which they don't use, so we're also wondering if it was possible to buy that patch to make the space bigger?
Obviously I have no clue what I'm doing or what obstacles there are in the way. We're just looking for ideas at the moment and if it was possible it would help us out a lot.
