Garage extension

Hello,
Planning to raise 3/4 of block walls of a flat roof garage by 1.2m,this will result in the garage having a split level roof.I intend to place two windows between the roofs.Can I make the gap between the roofs out of timber.

Seems like the OP is planning a split level roof with an upstand/vertical wall between the two

This can be done in timber stud (off a suitable beam) and clad in plastic or suchlike
