There is a certain amount of dampness in our garage which is causing some mould on things stored in there.

What can be painted onto the inside walls to protect them a little?

Nothing painted on walls prevents mould, only adequate ventilation prevents it settling.

The water comes in as vapour in the day, when the walls cool at night it condenses out as liquid on the walls, heating and or ventilation is the only way to stop the cycle
