Hi,
I've recently fitted a new metal composite roof to my garage and along the length of the wall an overlapping right angled trim of 8 x 8 metal.
Today in high wind I have found water coming through the single skin brickwork in one area.
My question is this, should i have spaced the trim panel edge away from the wall as I believe it is water running off the trim causing the problem.
