Leaking flat garage roof

Hi
In this recent high winds and rain, Ive noticed my garage roof is leaking. Its just where it joins to the house wall. Looks as though its seeping under the join where the felt comes down off the house wall to overlap the garage roof as thats where the wind is blowing the rain into and creating a puddle. Any ideas for a quick fix as apart from that its in good condition and fairly new?

There should be a lead flashing in the joint of the brickwork over the felt upstand

Where it comes down from house wall onto flat roof is only a few inches maybe thats the trouble
