Garage problem

Henderson up and over garage door. Trying to put the tension back in spring after fitting new cable and cone kit.

I use Alan key to loosen grub nut etc tighten many times. The left cone side cable becomes taught but the right side always remains unaffected and is baggy and loose. Am I doing something wrong ?

Thanks for the reply. Truth is I'm sick of seeing that guy's face and all the other YouTubers in the results who manage to keep going over these basics without specifically mentioning how to put tension in rhd cone/cable.
