Garage / Shop door alarm

I don't know if what I would like exists?

I'm after a cheap alarm for my garage.

My garage isn't attached to my house.

I would like a unit in my garage (e.g PIR) that when it senses movement it wirelessly transmits a signal to my house and so a quiet sounder sounds in the house. A bit like a shop door alarm.

Scantronic do universal transmitters and receivers. You could connect a pir directly to the input of the transmitter. The output of the receiver could connect to a zone on your house alarm.
